Return Policy


Don’t love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 5 business days from

your delivery date to return for a store credit. Items should only be

returned if the item is unworn and in its original condition – if not, we

cannot issue the store credit.


Refunds and exchanges are not available.

Return fee is covered by the customer.


Sale items, shoes, accessories, bodysuits & swimwear are all Final Sale

and may not be returned under any circumstances – these are yours to keep!

How long after receiving my order can I make a return?

You have up to 5 days to return your order after the day it was delivered. If

you return your order after the 5 day time period, it will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Can I get a refund?

We currently do not offer refunds.

Have you received my return? 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your items to be returned back to us.

Our Returns Department will send you a confirmation e-mail once your return

has been received and processed.

I received the wrong item, how should I go about returning it?

If you received the wrong item, firstly, we apologize! E-mail

[email protected] with your order number, incorrect item, and what

you are missing from your order. We will take care of you!

What is eligible for return?

The only items not eligible for return are: final

sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, shoes and accessories.
